I am to guard this frozen waste.
I am old enough to hunt, therefore old enough to leave. They do not explain, for I do not ask. I have done well. That is enough. I will keep these lands safe, so that they may thrive.

My solitude is symbol of my worth. However deep I crave compassion, I dare not question it. I know if I were to return, I would not understand them. I do not remember the sound of my own voice.

At the fringes of the Range, I wander through a cavern of ice. There are strange things preserved inside. A figure bears my face. I see two of my reflection on the surface.
ECSTASY
He is beautiful, and beautiful things should not be caged. I cannot explain the connection I feel to him. I am unsatisfied. No matter how hard I claw, or how deep I go, I am not close enough to him.

I am complete, and so I am bored. I know what they think of me. I do not care. Animalistic, they jab, and I agree. I shall not be made to feel shame for embracing my nature. When the void calls, I answer.
